We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities where necessary.
All prescription medicines supplied by us are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are valid only for the patient named and must not be shared or transferred.

Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We do not store full card details on our systems. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Medications requiring refrigeration will be dispatched with appropriate insulated packaging. It is your responsibility to store all medications as directed on the label and patient information leaflet.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to UK medicines regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
